1. Who is responsible
K-Invst Advisory L.L.C-FZ, trading as K-Invst, is responsible for personal information processed through www.k-invst.com. Registered address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. K-Invst is an Executive Transformation Practice based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Information we receive
Executive Dialogue collects your name, business email, organisation, selected enquiry interest and message. This applies to general enquiries, Enterprise Transformation Assessment requests, Executive Diagnostic requests and partnership enquiries routed to Executive Dialogue. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or create a paid engagement.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive the information you choose to provide through that channel. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material through a website enquiry.
Our hosting infrastructure may record technical information such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and errors for security and operation. This is distinct from analytics. Google Analytics and advertising tracking are disabled in the initial release.
3. Purposes and consent
With your consent, we process the information you submit to understand and respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. The form requests explicit consent for transferring your enquiry to IONOS and Microsoft service locations outside the UAE, and separate consent for Google reCAPTCHA security verification and its international processing before loading it. Neither choice subscribes you to marketing. You can contact vf@k-invst.com instead of using the form.
You may withdraw consent by contacting vf@k-invst.com. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing already undertaken. Where information must be preserved under a specific legal obligation, that obligation continues to apply. We do not sell enquiry information.
4. Service providers and international processing
IONOS hosts the website. Microsoft 365 receives and holds enquiries sent through FluentSMTP. Google processes reCAPTCHA Customer Data for security, fraud and abuse prevention under its service terms and data-processing arrangements. FluentSMTP and Elementor operate within WordPress; their installation does not by itself establish a separate external recipient. CookieYes supplies the cookie-choice component; use of its hosted account or consent service, if enabled, is also subject to the applicable service arrangements.
Accepted enquiries are routed to the authorised K-Invst mailbox. The release does not create a separate WordPress submission record, although delivery logs and recovery copies can contain personal information.
These services can involve processing outside the UAE. Before authorising a transfer, we establish the applicable transfer route and safeguards under UAE law, including enforceable contractual protections where applicable. We do not claim that all data stays in Dubai. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.
5. Cookies and reCAPTCHA
Executive Dialogue is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. It analyses device, browser and interaction information to assess automated abuse and can set a security cookie. Verification may reject a submission; it does not determine whether we will enter a commercial engagement. Contact vf@k-invst.com if verification prevents your enquiry or you want human assistance.
We request a separate choice before loading this verification service. You may decline it and contact us by email instead. The verification choice applies to this page visit. To stop further verification, uncheck the choice and reload or close the page; contact us to withdraw consent relating to information already submitted. Google Analytics and advertising tracking are disabled at launch. Cookie settings explain the services used and allow you to revisit your choices.
6. Retention
We keep identifiable enquiry information only while needed to handle the enquiry, maintain a relevant engagement or comply with a specific legal preservation requirement. We review inactive enquiries and remove information no longer needed. Engagement and tax records follow the applicable statutory requirements rather than an enquiry deletion period.
Delivery logs are configured for removal after 14 days by scheduled processing. Technical logs and restricted recovery copies can have different expiry periods. Deletion from an active mailbox does not immediately erase every recovery copy. Recovery copies are used for recovery, not ordinary commercial contact; applicable deletion requests must be reapplied following restoration. 7. Your requests and security
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, object to or restrict particular processing, or withdraw consent where processing depends on it. Contact vf@k-invst.com. We may verify identity and retain information where a lawful exception applies. We handle requests within the periods required by applicable law. Where applicable, you may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
We use appropriate access and technical safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. The website is intended for professional adult audiences; contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.
8. External services and changes
LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other external links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Communications received by K-Invst through those channels remain subject to our handling obligations.
We will update this notice when processing changes and show the publication/update date. Any new consent-dependent processing requires the appropriate choice before activation.
